a little about me
New Hampshire native + local to the Monadnock Region.
I was overwhelmed, stressed out, working 50+ hour weeks, babysitting adults and felt my life becoming more and more physically and emotionally painful.
Pretending to be someone I wasn’t to fill this character role I was expected to play, in order to make some company rich. My life was anything but fulfilling.
Listening to my gut and NOT the advice of my family, I left the high paying job with benefits and put myself into a massage class. Two weeks later, I signed up for the whole program and since then, I’ve embarked on this life long journey to feel my very best and help others on that same path.
I’ve become a life long learner of many healing modalities and I believe the power of touch and its many therapeutic benefits.
I provide a holistic-based practice using organic and pure ingredients.
Additionally, I provide in-home therapy services around the Monadnock Region.

meet Cagney Nay
Originally from Los Angeles, with deep family ties to the Monadnock region, Cagney is happy to have relocated her life to an area that holds so much meaning to her.
She came to massage a little later in life after realizing how important bodywork is to our overall wellness and well-being.

Cagney studied art history and loves to talk about and view art any chance she gets. She has also studied Saori weaving which is a style of Japanese textile art.
